 Power of Youth ShowI'd like to introduce my Power of Youth program. An all-new approach in assisting teens and young adults to accept greater responsibility for the choices they make. This program will introduce them to the real power they possess to create the lifestyle they want. It will show them they can say "NO" to drinking driving and drugs. By enhancing self-esteem and confidence in the here and now, they can create a better lifestyle for themselves in the future.I know some of you are thinking, "Wait a minute, drinking and driving! Drugs! This isn't something we should make light of!" And you're right! Statistics show however, that the way these challenges have been dealt with in the past... isn't working! If just saying "NO" were that easy, wouldn't everyone be doing it? It's time to put the fun back into "growing up", and take a real look at the mystique that surrounds "acceptance" and "rejection" in teen circles. We need to replace the "fun" and "acceptance" many teens and young adults look for in the bottle or through the use of drugs, with self-empowerment. It's incredibly important we teach them to want this for themselves, because long term change doesn't happen when it's sole purpose is to make someone else happy or to avoid punishment? The Power of Youth program focuses on fun while being highly educational. Its message is clear! Self-esteem leads to responsible choices. Self-esteem and confidence is what will ultimately allow our youth to understand and to make decisions that will bring them the lifestyles they want for themselves in the future! When asked if there was any single element Gavin felt was more important to a shows success than any other? You bet! "I truly believe to be successful you have to follow the same rules on stage as you would in life, care, make people laugh, be sincere, never humiliate anyone, and above all else build confidence... it will create miracles."
Dry GradDry Grad season is from May to early July. Remember not all hypnotists are created equal that's why the PAC at your school needs to book Gavin Hooper very early in the year. His shows are fun thought provoking and extremely funny. Booking starts as early as September the year before.Hypnotists at Dry Grads are very popular as it's the last official school event where all the students are gathered in one place and are allowed to let loose in the most positive of atmospheres to have an exciting safe fun filled evening that goes well into the early morning, Gavin's shows are always age appropriate (with some mild innuendo) no one is ever humiliated. CONGRATULATIONS! To all the people who participate in this wonderful event from the parents who take the time and effort to arrange it, and to the Grad students who have made a wise choice by having a Dry Graduation.
